Activity Overview

Great Debates & Updates in Oncology Pharmacy will occur as a virtual experience. A Q&A session with the faculty will follow each live-streamed presentation. Please review the credit designation statements to ensure the activity provides your credit type.

To be eligible for documentation of credit, participants must attend the full activity and submit a completed evaluation form. Participants who complete the evaluation online within 1 year of the virtual conference will receive immediate documentation of credit.

Intended Audience

This conference is designed for oncology and hematology pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, residents, interns, and pharmacy researchers.

Learning Objectives

Upon successful completion of these educational activities, participants should be able to:

  • Review recent and emerging data from key studies in clinical and translational cancer research, including recently approved and expanded indications for immunotherapies and targeted therapies

  • Discuss how to assess and select appropriate management strategies with adverse effects related to the use of targeted therapies, immunotherapy, and cytotoxic chemotherapy

  • Identify ways to work collaboratively with other health care professionals to make evidence-based decisions designed to improve patient care

The certificate is not the official record of your participation in the activity. The official record of credit will be the information in the CPE Monitor system. Following ACPE Policy, HMP Education must transmit your claim to CPE Monitor within 60 days from the date you complete this CPE activity. HMP Education is not able to report your claimed credit after this 60-day period.  Eligibility for pharmacy credit is contingent upon the successful completion of a post-test and/or evaluation for each activity or session attended.
